The Summer Edition and a Giveaway

With the launch of this edition of Rhythm of The Home, Summer is officially upon us.  We are so excited for the 2011 Summer Edition go live after months of preparation. There are over 50 incredible projects, articles, recipes and crafts to enjoy during this beautiful season.  We hope that you will enjoy every bit of it as much as we have enjoyed preparing it for you.

In honor of the new launch, we are once again hosting a huge giveaway from many of our contributors. Below you will find the collection of giveaway items that are available. To enter, simply leave a comment with your preference, and we will announce the winners on Monday, June 6th. So excited the new edition is out it always feels strange that I am in the middle of winter here in Australia when your summer collection comes out but it does give me plenty of inspiration ready for when our sunny season rolls around again.

I discovered Rhythm of the Home only a few days ago and love it. The 2011 summer edition looks great, I am looking forward to trying quite a few of the activities and recipes!

I like the beanbag stars with ribbon streamers (my little one would have lots of fun with this), the 13 moon calendar looks great, the ice pop molds look like fun for summer, we’d get TONS of use from the bolga basket (my TOP choice), the needle felted dog and cat would be welcome, as would the darling fairy, and the keeping chickens and growing story books as well as the handmade books book would be fabulous.

I hope to keep chickens one day to feed the family, educate the (future) kids, and aid in the garden. The book looks useful but then again so does the massage oil. Now if only my husband agreed with that last sentence…

Thank you all for another lovely giveaway. Personally I am inspired and hopeful for the knit waldorf doll pattern from Laura Hooker. I am currently pregnant with my second, and am wanting to present my first with his very own doll. He’s at the age, and I feel the doll would be a wonderful and well loved addition to our home.
